This program familiarizes participants with weightlifting, with guidance from the Rec’s nationally certified Personal Trainers! The class will utilize a combination of dumbbells, kettlebells, machine weights, TRX straps, medicine balls, and body weight.
This program runs for 6 weeks. There are 12 total sessions, two per week. There are two available sections. This is a group setting using the MAC Fitness area of the Rec Center.

Monday/Wednesday - 8 PM - 9 PM
The class will run from January 27 - March 5

Tuesday/Thursday - 8 AM - 9 AM
The class will run from January 28 - March 6
Cost: $99
