FYE PM Team Meeting - Aman & Emilio

The First Year Experience Peer Mentor Team Meetings bring together our experienced mentors to support and guide incoming first-year students. Through collaborative discussions, interactive activities, and professional development workshops, mentors enhance their skills and build a supportive network. These meetings create a positive and inclusive environment where mentors exchange ideas, share experiences, and stay updated on university resources. By fostering a sense of community and teamwork, mentors are empowered to provide the best possible support to first-year students as they navigate their college journey. Team Meetings are facilitated by 3 different Program Coordinators at 3 different times Tuesday - Wednesday to best accommodate our Peer Mentor's class schedules. Each meeting has 10 - 15 Peer Mentors and 1-2 Senior Peer Mentors.
