Description

Basura Bash is a one day, all-volunteer event to clean the San Antonio Watershed. This year’s event is February 18th 2023.

At UTSA, we clean Maverick Creek beginning at 1604 down to UTSA Blvd.  Registration sign in begins at 7:30 at the Mesquite Living Lab in Lot Resident Lot 5. If you are searching on Google, look for Resident Lot 4. (Google has it mis-labeled)   Clean up starts at 8am.  All volunteers should be off the creek no later than noon.    If you need service hours, bring your form to the sign in.  We encourage participants to download the Litterati app on their phones to help track our successes.
