MHU Club Goals:

• Foster a supportive community for students interested in the humanistic and social science aspects of healthcare.

• Introduce diverse career paths in healthcare.

• Facilitate discussions on complex ethical and moral dilemmas in a safe, collaborative space.

• Provide networking opportunities with faculty and healthcare professionals to explore career paths and research.

• Engage in local, national, and global fundraising efforts focused on effective altruism and humanitarian relief.

• Highlight the field of Medical Humanities and offer unique volunteer opportunities at UTSA and in the San Antonio community.
