What is RowdyPulse?

RowdyPulse is a quick, easy way for students to share their real-time feedback about their experiences on and off-campus. Students who subscribe to RowdyLink receive an email in their inbox each week.

Once they click the survey link, they can anonymously complete a short (3-5 minute) survey. The questions are switched up from week to week -- ranging from “What’s your favorite coffee drink?” to “What impacts your stress levels?” – although one or two remain fairly consistent.

Why should I complete RowdyPulse?

First, RowdyPulse often offers incentives (give cards or special giveaways) if students answer the questions.

Second, RowdyPulse is an opportunity to provide feedback to UTSA throughout the academic year. By participating in RowdyPulse, you help UTSA leaders, faculty, and staff gain insight into your experience that helps them enrich the UTSA culture and student body experience.

Your responses go to faculty and staff who are ready to address student issues. With your help, RowdyPulse can help lead Roadrunners of varying backgrounds to reach their individual goals.

Who Sponsors RowdyPulse?

Academic Innovation, a division of Academic Affairs, designs and administers RowdyPulse with help from many student engagement and support stakeholders across UTSA.

What happens with my responses?

The Division of Academic Innovation analyzes RowdyPulse responses to find trends and issues facing the Roadrunner community and alerts our academic partners to inform our programs and services.
